Dark Forest Animations is an independent animation studio founded in 2026, making animated short stories and the worlds they live in: moonlit forests, floating islands, and the circuits that run beneath them. The studio's emblem is a real 3D world built in Blender; the films and this site are made from the same scene. Nothing is released yet: the first film is in development and will premiere on the studio's YouTube channel.

How to use it

• Use the emblem as supplied: transparent background, no recolouring, no filled box behind it, clear space around it.
• Label the renders as what they are: studies from the studio's 3D emblem world, not frames from a released film.
• Please do not present the studio as having clients, awards, a team size or released films: none exist yet.
• Textures in the 3D world are CC0 from Poly Haven; the Moon is NASA's CGI Moon Kit; fonts are under the SIL Open Font License. The notes in the kit list them.
